You can take the U2 or U1 underground lines and get off at the Karlsplatz stop, following the exit for Karlsplatz. Head towards the church and you'll find Karlsgasse on the right-hand side near the fountain. Trams number 1 and 62 also stop nearby, as does the tram line D.
